The purpose of my action research is to increase engagement from my online students by providing more effective feedback.
I began by asking what would happen if students were presented with feedback in various formats that stimulate different areas of their intelligence, would they become more engaged? Would they react better to text based, audio or video feedback? Will students become more involved and engaged in their subject?
I hope to demonstrate how I am improving my practice, as well as how I can contribute to the body of literature by increasing student engagement by providing various multimedia forms of effective feedback.
